It was nice

Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was inexpensive, clean and well maintained. I asked for a quiet part of the hotel and slept well as there were no disruptions. We apid $7 each for breakfast and there was a decent variety of items. Highly recommend this place.

All the staff were super kind and friendly but professional. They really cared about their jobs and their guests. The entire hotel as well as the rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable all the time. To me this hotel represents one of the very best values I have ever seen. You gotta stay here when you overnight in NE Houston and it’s not too far from the international airport.

Super up-kept property, very modernized and well taken care of. Great accommodations, cold lemon water free for guests, as well as a little shop on site for snacks.

We arrived at 3 p.m. ready to check in, but we were informed that we had to wait until 4 p.m. We had booked for 5 nights. As we went to take a shower, we discovered that the water was extremely cold, almost like ice. We politely informed the staff about the issue, but they didn’t seem to be concerned. The manager offered us the option of taking a shower in another room, but it was just as cold. We informed the manager about the situation, and she kindly offered us 2 nights off. We accepted the offer, but we were still concerned about the refund. We asked how long it would take for the money to be credited to our card, but she informed us that it would take a few days. However, we felt that we needed the money immediately because we were planning to stay at a different hotel. Due to the hotel’s decision to hold the money, we were forced to stay beyond the 3rd night. The water did warm up slightly, but it was still not hot. It turned out that the majority of the hotel lacked hot water throughout the week and weekend. When we checked out, we requested a receipt to ensure that the 2 nights we had been refunded were taken off the front desk. Jaylen, the person who handled our booking, informed us that she didn’t know about billing and that we would have to wait for a manager to arrive. Finally, we received the receipt via email when we returned home. Only one night was taken off our account. I called the hotel to inquire about the issue, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I tried to call back, but I was also put on hold and hung up on. This experience was clearly a bad choice, and I will never book with this hotel again.

The staff member who helped me check in was incredibly friendly and had a lovely smile. She was professional and always answered my questions with a warm and kind smile. She made a great impression on me during my stay at this hotel, and even convinced me to extend my stay for another day. Besides her, the other staff were friendly and the hotel was overall clean! I highly recommend this hotel.
